It's not like the name Sarah T. and the avatar I have chosen are totally original. I don't understand why someone could be mad about that. What should I do?
Should I tell the person to get over themselves?

hmm...well, considering that there are a lot of different avatar variations out there - i can see why this other person would be mad! If i saw someone which my name and same avatar, I'd probably change the hairstyle of it or something. If the person did the same thing - then i'd get mad.

Just ignore the person. I looked at a couple of your questions, and yes it does look like she copied and pasted yours or something (the picture quality of her avatar is too pixally to be original) but it doesn't matter. She's trying to bother you, and it looks like you asked a few not-so-nice questions too, which I'm sure only provoke her. So just don't let her bother you; ignore the issue and move on. When you're nice, no one bothers you! :)
