Belgium, pom frites, although peruvians did have the potato, the did not fry it in oil till european influences....and to the US, we made the potato chip, cause the chef cut the fries too thin

Peru I think.
Before 1550 or so they were the only ones who had spuds. They probably had oil and fire too.
