Could be a few things, first it could be that you are pregnant and it's getting close to your implantation time. I cramped a week before I found out I was pregnant, I swore up and down I was going to start and I'm now 12.5 weeks along. Second, you could be going to start your period, at this point it's hard to tell. You can test early (I did) using Answer or Clearblue Easy Digital, both of which told me right off the bat. Good luck to you!

Hi There. I am not sure that I understand your question, you say that you think you are pregnant and then you say that you have not missed your period. I am not sure what you are basing this idea that you are pregnant. In any case many women in the early weeks of their pregnancy and especially around the time that they would have had their period feel the symptoms that you describe. In your case I would say it is hard to say which it is. Many women tho, who have had a positive pregnancy test feel these same symptoms.
It could obviously go either way for you and I would not get my hopes up until you have a positive test.
Take care and good luck

It's normal to sometimes feel cramping while implantation is happening. Many women have cramping and even some light spotting early in pregnancy. The only way to know is to take a pregnancy test, and then schedule an appointment with your OB.

When I became pregnant I thought I was going to have a period. I was cramping too but nothing ever came.

It just sounds like normal cramping. It does not sound like you are pregnant at all but if you are worried then I would take a test.
