Nutramigen is the most gentle formula, I found. My second child was allergic to regular formula and soy formula, so we tried Nutramigen and he tolerated it very well.

The only drawback is that it is more expensive, but worth it.

Do you have a medical diagnosis of an allergy, or do you just suspect it? Sometimes "allergies" are actually reflux or contact dermatitis.

Good luck!

You can call your pediatrician or the nursery at the hospital and they can probably give you a list of formulas that are formulated specifically for babies with milk allergies and the like. Here are some websites you might want to check out:

Above all i would call my pediatrician and make sure he at least knows what is going on with your little one so that he can help you make the best decision for the health of your baby.

What allergies are you reffering to? Milk? There are many formulas out there that are soy formulas.

I would check with the babys doctor, they will be able to give you the best advice and maybe do further testing on your baby.

If you mean he is allergic to his formula, ask the doctor. He or she can help because they will have more of a clue as to what you should give him. My daughter was allergic to enfamil and simalic, so her doctor tried carnation good start. That worked awesome. If she would of been allergic to that, she was going to put her on a soy based formula. Good luck

Well because its very rare for little babies to get allergies if he indeed does than talk to your doctor or medical advisor! You are going to want to assess him and see what his needs are and what he can or cannot have..
