i just got mowed down by a car when i was crossing the street and am going to sue but i want to move to a different state. can i move before the case ends?

From a legal perspective, absolutely. The jurisdiction for your case lies where the events took place. There is not requirement in any state that you have to stay there while your case is pending

If you choose to move to another state, you must bear all the travel expenses for depositions and trial. You should wait until after the trial to move.
