I really want to go to university in some other country, but I can't decide where to go?

The UK might be a good option since it's closer to India (if you still have your family and relatives there), but you could also consider Canada and the USA. It really depends on your interests, personality and your budget. Canada could be less expensive than the other two options, and also offers better employment opportunities after graduation - if that's your goal. The UK offers a very interesting environment, however in most situations studying in the UK could be more expensive than studying in the USA. The USA offers a lot of opportunities for research and state-of-the-art technology. I had several people at my university in the USA that were from India. I guess it would depend on what other languages you know.

Well, if you speak another language besides English, then you have more options. But if you only speak English, then Australia, Canada, or Britain.
