My boss is a flake. My co-workers get away with murder and I get paid to do nothing?

pretty much yes. My boss is in tune with the moon, he often changes his mind and forgets things. It's easy to use the Jedi mind trick on him and say "you never asked me to do that" and he instantly agrees. Contary to what people may initially think this can in iteself be hard work and very tiring.

My boss is a flake too. He isn't even at the facility and he is the one to give pay raises. He has no idea what we do on a daily basis and if he had to he wouldn't be able to do any of our jobs because he flat out doesn't know how.
All my employees get away with murder, and I'm not alowed to disipline them in any real way other than reporting them to my boss. I've brought this up to him once and the first thing he said was "Well you need to motive them to work harder"
Basically all he gets paid to do is to have a weekly meeting with me and walk around every other morning and make sure the place is clean. If I ever get his job the **** is gonna hit the fan and i'm gonna chop some heads.

I have the same problem I work with fools. My boss is a complete idiot thank god she has been on maternity leave. The losers that sit next to me do little dances in their chairs, make fun of people in the office have nicknames for everyone. They are very loud they make asses out of themselves all day long. They throw paper clips and pennies at each other. That's is just the beginning. I get paid to do nothing because there is no work to do.

my life and work are not seperate and it is all sublime
and this is not my dream job...this is a money thing
what i really want to do is make films

but no complaints - i am underworked and seriously overpaid - yup!
