Well there's 2 things you can either upload the pictures from your phone or you can buy like this cable link thing that goes in your phone dunno wat it's called but you get it rigth.

send it to your email and save the file. if your phone company has a website where you can view your pictures, you can upload them to your photo album save it to to your pc.
