Not sure. I've heard that the distance from your elbow to your wrist is the same size as your foot.

yah of course & i think that it should be. now
look if there is no relarion between body parts
then imagin head that if brain is so large and
skull bone is small then how skull will cover it.
similarly if body is too heavy but legs are thin
then locomotion will be difficult.
this relation is maitained by genetic information.
