Why would you want to do that?
If you mean can I get the game to play without the CD in the drive then you can get clone CD. make an ISO copy of the disc and then mount it into virtual clone drive or daemon tools virtual drive. the virtual drive s/w is free but clone CD is only free for the first 30 days.
It is quite cheap though if 30 days is not long enough to make you ISO files.

If you know where to find fake serials then yes. Just be warned a) its illegal and b) you won't be able to use the game online, and without a no-Cd crack you'll need the CD anyway.
