I'm a mason contractor and I lay pavers, the average price for pavers is about 17 to 19 a square foot. there is about 5280 feet in a mile divide by 2 is 2640 times the width of your driveway, lets say 10 feet wide, times 17. 2640x10=26400 square feet X's 17 = 448,000
I guessing you want to cement it? take the same squares foot price times 5.00 that = 132,000 that's alot of money, have you thought about black top? that's about 1/2.

It depends on how much preparation work must be done for the paving. Assuming the path you want done is clear of any trees, they still have to come in and cut out several inches of top soil, place and compact a base, then lay and roll the asphalt. For that big of a strip, $50,000 would not be out of the question. If your in a remote area, it could cost you more. You can probably get a company to come out and give you an estimate.

More than I would care to spend. 12 feet by 1350 feet paved with asphalt should cost about $50,000.

I'm not an asphalt contractor by any means, but judging by what
others I know paid, I don't think $ 10,000 would be out of the question. There are less expensive alternatives to asphalt and
I hope you get better answers.
