Ever since I moved in my apartment weird things have been happening that neither me or my boyfriend can figure out why.Im hoping that someone here might be able to think of something we havent come up with yet.When I first moved in my landlord assured me that the locks were rekeyed, but I would lock all the locks on the door in the evening and when I wake up the doors are unlocked and sometimes partially opened and cabinet doors would be opened but nothing taken.I was certain someone had a key so my landlord changed the locks.For 3 wks nothing but now its happening again.Last night my boyfriends dog stayed with me but he (who barks at everything because its not a familiar enviroment) didnt bark like someone had come in.Also, I have a touch lamp in the living room that keeps turning on by itself.I know that power surges can cause this but the light will go from dim to bright and not turn off. When I turn it off a min later its back on. I had a repair guy look at, he said its fine.

I dont believe in ghosts or anything like that but somethings going on and we cant figure out what. Maybe someone here can suggest something we havent thought of yet. Thanks!!

set up a video camera facing the door, if anyone comes in it will pick it up. Make sure you don't tell anyone, except your bf. It could be someone you know.

Classic signs of haunting. It's unusual in an apartment, though. If it were home invaders, they'd have taken something or the dog would have barked. Sounds pretty scarey. If your lease isn't ironclad, you can move. I'd see if you can talk to the past tenants. If they had problems like that too, the landlord should have told you. Haunting is actually considered a 'pre-existing condition' in many states and can be a legal cause for breaking a lease. I've known a couple people that did it.

So you dont believe in ghost so I will say that you have an other worldly presence in your apt and I say this because the dog didnt bark as it normally would. You can perform a cleansing of your apt by purchasing a smudge or sage stick and sage your living area. If you have floors that do not have carpet you can also take black pepper and spread it around your apt and sweep it out the door.

The first answer sounds great to me - set up a video camera/s. I have never really been a big believer in ghosts, but I know someone who teaches police officers psychology. He also teaches phenomena like you explain. he believes in such things. he knows a lot of police officers and he 's heard many stories about such strange things happening. When home owners called the police, the police would sometimes say it was not something they could handle. He told the class of one incident in which a chair that someone was sitting in rose into the air.

I know this may seem direct, but how is your relationship with your boyfriend? Read your own question carefully, (especially the part about the dog), and think about reasons these things may be happening. If something ary is really going on, an animal will be the first to alert.

Oh! by the way, get a switch wired into the touch light, I had to do this because mine would come on all the time too. they are temperture sensative also.
I do believe in spirits but, not in this way.

Install a chain latch across your doors - the kind that unlatch
from the inside. Simple to install. Your touch lamp - sometimes
the touch sensor goes bad and starts acting funny. Replace
that - again, a simple thing.

Well sweetie you should believe in the ghost.You have demons in your apartment so answer is sweetie better do something about it sooner you will do is the better.I hope they will not abduct you or something.Demons likes women so be ready for anything.
