maxmium of C, ratio of the card build is not well, 3:5. Put better trap and spell cards in the deck, and take away all the 7* or higher cards away, they are totally useless... in my suggestion
17 4* or lower cards (mostly flip effect cards)
3 5*-6* change of heart of oppoent strong monster then use it to summon one of them can be really harmful to the other duelist.
20 great spell and trap cards (Harpie's feather, Raigeki, Dark Hole, and Heavy Storm MUST be inclubed)

im sorry, r u new to this? ILL go straight 2 my point, srry 2 say its not good 4 a tournament, the cards dont fit well, its like if u have many litle deck that play all alone and why do u have the dark hex sealed fusion, u dont have a dark fusion monster and im thinking u added it cuz u needed it 2 replace the third blue eyes well u cant, and if u could well u would not need poly. the dar hex does all the work, I rate 2/10 u dont even have swords of revealing light in there, 2 many sacrifices u need, let me give u a good advice and keep it, get a theme, like 4 example I took spellcasters then I bought the spellcaster structure deck so I got the strong card 'Sorcerer of dark magic and used the structure deck 2 build it arround it and now my deck has worked miracles even if cynthia disagrees

i don't see the a stratigy in the deck. its seems like a power houes deck thats not bad but your aoppent can still get around it. also i noticed that you have hammer shot in there. there are a lot of high deffense mosteres in that deck so it might back fire.
