I have been itching and burning on the right outter lip of my vagina and my anus has been burning also. Im on my cycle could this be the reason the inside of my vagina started to burn when i had a tampon in so i switched to pads the new kind with the wipes i was better after the tampon was out but its started again. I havn't had any discharge, odor, or burning sensation when i urinate, not burning inside of my vagina except when i had a tampon in, and im not sexually active so what could this be is it the tampons and the new pads with the wipes irritating me or is it something else this is only on the right side of my outter vaginal lip and around the anus could this be from shaving or something?

It could be that initially the tampon irritated you and caused little abrasions of the skin and when you used the wipes it irritated the skin further. As far as your anus goes... if you shave that close to it, it could be irritated from shaving, the same could be true for the lips around your vagina. Since you dont have any discharge or odor it doesnt really sound like a yeast infection but if it persists i would go to the doctor and have it checked just to make sure.

If you have scented tampons, it could be that irritating your skin. Or it could be the wipes, so you should discontinue use with both products, and if the burning persists, see a doctor.
