It depends on the state laws. You should check with a tattoo/piercing parlor and see what the laws are. Most states you can get pierced under the age of 18 with parents permission and you can get a tattoo if you are 18 and over. In California you can't get a tattoo if you are underage no matter what.

I think it's the same thing as getting a tattoo. You have to be at least 16 and get a parent's/guardian's permission. But it also depends on where you live. You should go to a place where they do piercings and ask what's the age range.

It really depends on where you go, there are places that don't even ask for your name JUST CASH!! but majority of clean professial facilities will ask for an ID to verify you are 18 years of age or ask your parents to sign a permission form. My friend just pierced her toungue at a parlor where you had to be 16, so it truly depends on where you want to go ...

Dont know if there is an age limit but my daughter of 13 got her tongue peirced with parents consent.

I think you can be any age to have your ears perced with parental/gaurdian consent. And I think its the same with any other body peircing.
