If she is already pregnant, the body produces hormones that stops ovulation, so she won't ovulate.

No, because if she ovulated she would have to have her period again to get rid of the egg. Once you get pregnant that all stops. Even if women say they get their periods when they are pregnant, they really arent true periods. They can be slight hemmorages(which are normal) or just spotting in general.
