Yes, actually there are a few ways to lose breast size. This will take about a year though so only if you have the time, otherwise a surgical procedure would need be done. First is your protein intake, make sure that you take in only what you need (and not less!) and make sure you lower your trans fat intake as well. Try and only take in carbs before 2pm so you can use them as energy throughout the day. Now to working out....you need to do what are called girly push-ups every day....Start on your knees and have your hands shoulder length apart and do your pushups with a straight back...always. You want to do these push ups three/four times a day....Do as many as you can, then rest 45 seconds and then do as many more as you can again....Do that three/four times a day though, not just in one work out. You also want to have half of your push ups where your hands are almost touching as well, this will work your inner chest while the hands far apart will work your outer chest. Get rid of soda in your diet....that is a real real biggy...DO NOT drink soday if you're a woman past 20 especially. Do these things and you will see results in only a month whilst reducing your breasts by up to two sizes in one year. Good Luck!

The most natural way is pregnancy and after child birth but as you can guess you still have to loss the baby weight after. Even then some women gain the size but after they have deiced that they no longer want any other children. After the last child is born the bust size has been known to return to the previous size before the first child but very rarely. It really a matter of learning to love yourself as you, as the old saying goes size does not matter.

Well after doing a lot of housework and lifting plates to put them away with my right hand sometimes it flexes my breast and makes it decrease in size. My suggestion is to get some weighs and excersize them to make them flex your boob and you will notice that it will replace your fat with muscle. It worked for me! The only thing you cant do with weights is fix where they come when you dont have a bra on. That you cant fix but you can fix the size! Hope this helps!

working out your pecs will burn fat, but it will also make your breasts more prominent. the best thing would be to get a good minimizer bra that is both comfortable and attractive. It can help reduce the size of your breasts in appearance by up to 1 1/2 cup sizes.

I've heard that if youre over weight and you lose some of the extra lbs your bust size gets smaller. But otherwise all I know of is surgery?

unfortunetly I think the only way is to get a breast reduction. I had an aunt in the situation where her back was in so much pain that she though about reducing them with surgery. I don't know if she did but anyway...

Buy a minimizer bra...it is supposed to reduce size/look about 1 size...or more depending on how restrictive you are willing to wear it. (Most are very comfortable and supportive)

If you need to lose weight, that would be a good idea anyway, don't you think?
