Do you mean culturally?

I don't really know, but it's an interesting question. Maybe you could check out stuff from the discovery channel.

P.S. I think it is really stupid that people get offended when a question is asked about African, Mexican or pretty much any other race but white. Not everything is racist. Most times it's about cultural issues, not who's better than who.

African mothers if you are talking about villages and poverty then they are so used to raising little ones that its second nature to them even if it means working for someone. Sometimes it real hard money wise but they raise their children as any other mother does. There are some parts of Africa where it is well established just like the states and UK so its no problem for them raising a child there. If culture wise then the children there are well behaved and nurtured to their culture and well brought up. They respect everyone and very good natured. I hope this helps answer your question.

african villages that raise children i heard raise happy babies that get passed around to everyone in the tribe and they wear their children practically at all times so the baby harldy cries, since they holdthem all day they are in tune with the childs needs much more, no diapers so they take the baby to the "bathroom" when needed an never getsoiled on, americans should take a lesson from them wish we were more tribally connectedand helpful for eachother like they are.
