I would be the rich undercover assassin and I would hire the martial art person to be my side kick and she would kick @ss going through the front door while I assassinate from the rear.
She would also be my lover that would help me spend all of my filty richness.

As tempting as the assassin job might be you'd have to worry about evading the feds, revenge, and of course, answering to some rather scary people. I think I'd rather be the famous martial arts celebrity.
