The other day I had very bad abdominal pains and i though I was gonna have to go to the emergency room, but I took a motrin and it was gone. Im not sure when I ovulated but I don't think Im pregnant I have no syptoms, can someone help please. By the way I will get a test today just to make sure.

It sure doesn't sound like pregnancy, you may be having some admoinal issues that is messing with your period. WIth pregnancy, you are not suppossed to get bad abdominal pains, that only comes with miscarraige. It doesnt sound like miscarriage either b/c you would have been bleeding quite a lot.

Everybody's periods are different while some are regular and some people's are irregular! You're best bet would be to take a pregnancy test or get one done by your doctor! In case you are pregnant or may become pregnant dont take MOTRIN either as this can harm your baby. Tylenol is your safest bet :) Good Luck

With these type of situations there is always that possibility of being pregnant and I am glad that you are taking a test to be sure. So sometime today you will know the answer to your own questions but I hope that we can all be of some help till you do find the answer and Congrats if you are and best wishes.

Yes, you could be pregnant, or if you are experiencing a lot of stress in your life now, that could make you miss your period. Not everyone has symptoms at an early time in their pregnancy. You did not say if you wanted to be pregnant or not. Also, how long are your periods normally? If 2 days was a short one, you might be pregnant. Good luck.

You can be pg w/out symptoms. I think testing is a good idea. Good luck and hope you get the results you want!
