If you really love her, and plan on telling her, get a new job first. Trust me, you don't want to still be working there if you tell her and she rejects you. Good luck.

It depends on whether you are both available or not. Sometimes office romances can lead to problems down the road. I would not rush into anything, but if you are both unattached and these feelings persist, who knows, she could be the one.
