It is common to retract the foreskin before putting on a condom. Now in many erect men, the foreskin at least partially retracts solely by the erection arising since their foreskin is what one might term a good fit. For those with more than ample foreskin though, the skin will often remain covering the glansd/head even when you are erect and will require manual retraction to expose the entire head. With the head exposed the excess foreskin will often kind of fetch up behind the head and remian there or can be held there while the condom is unrolled. In this situation, the condoim tends ot hold the excess skin in place and sex can proceed without the foreskin getting in the way.
Anothe rpoissibility is to find a doctor experienced in custom cutting. These doctors will meet with you and your wife, examine what you have and together you three can decide exactly how much of what to remove. In many cases, the choice is simply to remove the excess sush that you retain enough to nicely cover th eglans when limp yet at least partially retract when erect. Yes, any surgery is goig to result in some pain and discomfort for a while but as long as you can refrain from sex for a couple weeks after and you get a prescription for some pain killer, you might find this option of interest.

Gosh, I really can't see why you have suffered this for so long.
Getting the snip is such a simple proceedure and the benfits are worth it.
You won't have to suffer the indignity of trying to get a condom on , also it will be much easier for you to keep it clean.
Age is irrellevant as far as this is concerned, and as far as the men friends and co workers you will probably get a winsed look of pain on the mens faces and I'm sure the woman will just think, it's a better and cleaner way of living. Anyway, you might be the talk of the moment but something else will soon come along for discussion. Just think of your future sex life and go for it and don't worry what other people think, there not the one coping with the problem.
Like everything else, just reverse the situation, how would you feel if a friend or co worker told you he had to have the same thing done, what would you say. That will give you an idea how others will view the situation.
You will of course be a little sore for a while, but the benefits will far outweigh the pain.
Your only a young man, so enjoy your sex life, you will wish you had done it when you can't have sex anymore I can assure you.
Good luck and be brave and S.. what other people will think.

This is a common complaint among uncut married or sexually active men. You are not too old to have a circumcision. I heard once about an 80 year old whose foreskin was so tight and hardened that he had retention of urine. He was circumcised at that age. His symptoms were alieviated.
The adult procedure is brief, with proper anesthesia, painless; with some discomfort, or none, afterward; total recovery 2 weeks or so; return to work, about 1 week. You don't have to explain your decision to anyone except your wife. Check with a urologist. He will explain the procedure and may offer you different types of circumcision: e.g., high and tight with total removal of the foreskin; loose with a small bit of foreskin left; many others.
I am glad that I was circumcised at birth, a decision of very wise and intelligent parents. All the men in our Protestant family are cut including my small sons. It is in the American culture as well as in the religion of Jewish and Muslim men.
A few days of discomfort are worth not having to have ongoing discomfort, especially with one of the great pleasures of life.
I say. Go for it. But it is your decision and no one else has any cause to say otherwise.

if uve been ok so far, i say keep it. have you tried rolling back the skin before putting the condom on? if you really really are bothered by it you can have some if not all cut but like you mentioned, it'll be discomfort and you've had it long enough already to be able to deal with it. and i can agree with the skin being most helpful in solo work haha.
how much hangs past the glans when soft actually? and when fully erect it still covers the glans completely?
now im gonna be wondering bout mine. ;)

I have a long, loose foreskin too but have never had the problems that you have encountered.I always retract the foreskin completely befor putting the condom on.Don't get it cut,you will regret it for the rest of your sexualy active life.

My bloke had his removed when he was 29. He said the pain wasn't too bad and it healed quite quickly. It was no sex for 2 weeks though, which was quite painful for both of us!
