check the connection from the brake light to the chassis, it may be corroded. Brake lights are 21w, more than the tail lights 5w.

sounds like a shorted wire somewhere

check you brake pedal switch to be sure then begin checking for continuity


O..and you might want to read over what you just wrote before posting the question. Its really annoying when someone has to read something 12 times to understand exactly what you are saying. I mean really just type the "eft" or the "ight" is it really that hard?

Bad ground most likley at the light, or dirty loose connector t the light.
