I went to a pyschic this week and can not believe what I heard...., My sister was accusing my husband of molestation since she was a little girl I was upset and going through some painful stuff with my boys and family and when I was about to make him get a lie detector test done I asked on Yahoo Questions what I should do and what else I could do to find out if he did it??? and Someone on here told me maybe a psychic could help out what else do you have to lose, So I did just that and she told me lots of stuff that blew my mind that my sister had a affair with him and she went after him so I confronted her and she admitted to it CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! holy.. she is saying yes I did have a affair with him but,he still molested me.now here is the question.."Do you think I should still get a lie detector test or do you think she is lying about the molesting part? because how can you have a affair with a man for nearly 2 years that you say molested you and did bad things to you.

I have been married for 17 years and my sister admitted to sleeping with my husband had a affair with him and they were in love, and the pyschic knew that before I confronted my sister, and now she is saying he molested her after she got busted saying he molested her when she was little I think it is bull ....How can you fall in love with a man that "you" say molested you... I just dont believe it....

Do not trust the word of the psychic. Period. This is too serious a situation and there is no way of knowing if 1) the psychic is honest or 2) if the psychic believes what they are saying, but fooling themselves.
1) Your sister may have been molested.
2) Your sister may be suffering from false memory syndrome (which are indistinguishable from real memories).
3) Your sister may have had an affair then lied.
You are not in a good position to know. A lie detector with your husband and sister would at least give you more confidence in what they believed was true.

It is not unusual for an underage girl to think of her molester as her boyfriend. But as a responsible adult you should know that doesn't shift any of the responsibility on to the victim. She was an impressionable young girl at the time, & a typical pedophile will manipulate his victim into being a willing participant. The result is that she will continue to blame herself for what he did to her (assuming that it's all true). I think that going to a psychic to resolve this very serious issue was the worst possible advice you could have taken. It apparently has served to hinder rather than help you figure out the truth.
Yes, have him take a lie detector test. I think he should be a very willing participant in that idea if he's an innocent man. I can't think of a more serious crime to falsely accuse a man of.
To be fair, his accuser should be given a lie detector test as well, depending on her age, & her level of self recrimination.
To answer the very last question you asked, it's entirely possible that she could have had an affair with him long after he molested her. Especially if she went untreated for the trauma that she suffered at the hands of her molester. Until we have suffered the same ordeal we can't even begin to understand what she went through, & how she would have gone about dealing with it.
Psychics are great entertainment, but I wouldn't trust them as a resourse for making any serious life decision.

Sounds to me like the best thing you can do is get away from both of them. You have a cheating husband, a lying sister and they have been sleeping with each other. I personally wouldn't believe what my sister was saying about my husband molesting her. Tell your husband that he can prove his innocence by taking one though if he wants. If not, run from them both, and don't look back.

you sound confused and frankly honey you dont rely on a psychic for the truth. are you the sister or the one being molested? this is a serious matter so i think you were not molested if you are going to a psychic for answers. there are so many self help groups to assist you with professionals. dont get me wrong, psychics can be fun but not for serious matters. anyways, i am reading that your sister is telling you that your man is a molester to you? you have been together two years? if this is so, maybe she is refereing to your age when you got with him? i dunno, you sound unclear in your question. but neverthe less in matters like this, go to the pros not psychics hon.

No you cannot believe a psychic. They have no powers. They are just charlatons and liars. Don't trust anyone for advice on this either. Get some professional help.
