Yes! I love pan fried cheese you get at Greek Restaurants. Or scraping the burnt cheese off the casserole dish. :)

I'll admit it. I like the slightly darker bubbles of brown on my pizza. They go so well with the gooey, stringy, stretchy, white mozzarella.
Oh...drat. Now I'm hungry & I want a pizza. If I can't have that I want a grilled cheese sandwich.....and I can't have that either. How much longer until I can punch the time clock and go HOME???
