I've never heard of that before but I wouldn't like it. I really only like ketchup on my scrambled eggs sometimes...maybe fries once in awhile.

It's not as bad as it sounds.
I found that out quite by accident....
Just like I found out that regular chips are awesome with ketchup. Yummy.

yes i put ketchup in mine with ground beef it called cheeseburger macaronni

I don't eat it but some do. I don't see why not though since ketchup goes with cheese on burgers and on fries why not on macaroni?

Personally, no. But I have to speak for my dad because he LOVES ketchup on his mac & cheese. Then again, he loves ketchup on everything....
