Every time I see that guy I think about Chappaquiddick!

After the wreck (car off bridge, late at night, female passenger died by drowning) Kennedy got out of the car and water, walked miles to friends house, got cleaned up, rested, and his lawyer called the police in the morning. They eventually determined that he was confused!

I wonder how many confused men and women are incarcerated, who were confused?

We both know that the influence of the Kennedy family was the key to this incident just fading away. If it were you or I, this is what would have happened. We would be in prison to this day for a murder conviction while under the influence of an intoxicant, and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Despite this incident he is still a very popular politician. Go figure.

"THE TRUE STORY OF A DRUNK TEDDY." The events of the night of July 18, 1969 Mary Jo Kopechne found herself with a very drunk Ted Kennedy. He drove off the bridge in Chappaquiddick Island, Massachusetts. After the body was found by local fishermen, Kennedy gave a statement to police saying that on the previous night Kopechne was his passenger when he took a wrong turn and accidentally drove his car off a bridge into the water. Later, he pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident after causing injury; he received a suspended sentence. "IF YOU THINK THAT ANYONE OF YOU WOULD NOT GET A MURDER CHARGE YOU'RE BLIND."

He stays in office because Democrats only believe in punishing conservatives.

Bill Clinton does what, in any other business, would be sexual harassment of an underling, but they tell us to "stay out of his bedroom." He wasn't in his bedroom, but that's another thing they don't understand.

Hillary Clinton participates in insider trading on the stock market, yet they let her get away with saying she just simply didn't understand how it worked. The woman is a lawyer and, according to the Dems, one of the smartest women in the world, but a little thing like cattle futures confuses her. Aww.

There are numerous Dems who take bribes, sleep with young interns, drive drunk, make back-room deals that hurt their constituents, etc., yet they turn a blind eye. However, when some conservative gives even the appearance of impropriety, they scream from the rooftops.

Hypocrites!

Of course he should have been convicted for Chappaquidick. Of course his Last name helped him get out of it.He stays in office because everybody in Southern New England just loves the Kennedys. It's heriditary because his son just got in trouble (A slap on the wrist) for that a few months ago here in RI.

Drunk Uncle Ted should be in Prison. His family name kept him out of jail and that is the only reason he is still a senator (his family name) The people of Massachusetts need their heads examined, again!

He should've gotten manslaughter. However, his connections and family name helped him evade justice.
