I've never had chili frito pie but I've heard its good. I have had chili cheese fries which I know are good.
So I'll pick......

Chili Frito pie every time, though I do enjoy the magic that is the chili cheese fries. There's something delightful about the way the chili and the corn chips taste and frankly, anything topped with cheese is better. Except if it's topped with bacon, then that's the best ever!

Both have their good qualities. What you should really try is mixing them all up together. You could put them in a blender. Yum. Sometimes you'll have to cut things before you put them in the blender. Never put silverwear in the blender though because it won't blend (unless you have one of those superblenders that you see on tv.) The silverwear is probably your problem. You should check the manual.
