How different is DDR Ultramix 2 from DDR max 2?

DDR Ultramix 2 is for the XBox. There are still four panels.

DDR MAX2 is the PS2. Four panels.

No difference except online stuff.

i have DDR max 2 but not ultramix 2...i assume the only real difference, as with most DDR games, is the song list
