is it the lack of police ,drugs or the society we live in (are kidz no longer controlable)

All three, and everything else. Kid's have no respect for authority, that includes teachers, parents and police...it's "cool" to be rude to authority, and it's even cooler to get an ASBO. Equally parents don't seem to want to have control over their children, maybe because all these stupid smacking ban's that are coming into force, parents are now scared to discipline their children, so they leave them to their own devices.

The society we live in has changed, no one seems to care about anyone else...it's dog eat dog, cold and cruel. Our attitude's have changed, no one want's to get involved to help someone else, for fear of being shot or stabbed...we're all living in fear of some sort, which I guess makes us the way we've become.

Drugs are part of the culture of today, I will call alcohol a drug too, because so many people have it as a part of their lives, so many young people are dependent on it...it's a vicious cycle that will re-create...and so on and so on.

And last but not least, I believe that the constant incoming of immigrants, legal and not legal, is not helping our crime rate. Watch Crime Watch and count the coloured people...it speaks volumes.

Lots of people will guess here, but the truth is, this is so comlex that nobody 'really" knows.
For instance, when the crime rate dropped over the last decade, lost of people assumed it was because the economy was better.
But you don't "get paid" for raping someone, so that doesn't explain crimes like that, only crimes like drug dealing.
Some scientists also did a study, and concluded that the rise in abortion was responsible, because people in low incomes were more likely to get abortions, thereby eliminating people who would be more likely to commit crimes.
The fact is, it's too complicated to really know, because the economy is VERY good right now, and yet the crime rate has risen a bit.
However, it hasn't risen much - everything in life goes up & down, so until it goes up significantly, it's probably not statistically significant.

Definitely lack of police especially in residential areas

As for drugs they are probably doing the likes of e at the min coz there's no weed about which will not be helping

Uncontrolable - that's a hard one - I don't think there is much for them to do nowadays but I don't think thats an excuse

Couples are having too many children. There are employment, however, you have to know a person within so they can make an interview for you. I myself have gone on interviews that was set up through a person I knew and gotten the job.

If couples would to stop having children they know they can not support, maybe things might go fair. You can not control a child because they think they know better than you or their teacher.

I understood the overall crime rate was down a little but of course that is based on the crimes investigated or recorded by the police.
