Discovery Clothing, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Plato's Closet (if you don't mind second hand), Wet Seal, Rave.. those are all places I shopped as a teen. I don't even know if they are still around! I know Discovery Clothing is, I love that store

I can TOTALLY answer this question for you...
i shop at many stores but for the most part i shop at American Eagle.....
If you live in florida like i do they have a new store called Popeya that you might wan to check out.... But then there is Aeropastale that also have some cute clothes, Abercombie, Gap, etc...I hope that i answered your question

The perfect store that u can go to is Limited Too, Claire's accessories, and Icing All of these stores are F-A-B fabulous!!!

the limited too has great pre teen clothes. so does gap and old navy. but limited too is one of my favorite places to shop for my cousins. the are in style, and not sleezy with there styles
