The lower pains are as normal as could be as they are perineal pains. You are going to feel very uncomfortable as your pregnancy progresses but that's normal and a part of you gaining weight rapidly and carrying alot of water, baby and of course pressure! I worked right up until 2 weeks before giving birth and I work at a gym teaching fitness classes. Exercise for pregnancy is considered very healthy as all moms to be should, unless you feel pain, dizzy, shortness of breath or just not right!! Bending and stretching is going to feel tighter the more along you are, that's how it is!! Its just not comfy and not dangerous!! One thing to make sure of though is that you are not stressed out!! Good luck hun and Congrats! :)

most women do not leave work till 34 + weeks unless there job is heavy lifting then it's recomended as soon as they get pregnant to not keep a job that they have to lift over 25 pounds...or if they have pre tem labor and are on best rest. I understand the vaginal pain and stuff i'm 34 weeks i have got the from about 20 weeks. Exercise bending and stretching could acually make it BETTER. Being in active is never good in pregnancy you need exercise delivery gose better for women who work out regular. ALWAYS ask your doctor about your concerns. i'm still working every week it gets a tad harder i get a bit slower.

If you feel like you need to stop working, then do it. Every pregnant woman is different and gets different aches and pains. I am 21 weeks right now with my 4th baby, and I can barley walk. My hips are already killing me and My lower back and stomach muscles feel pulled. Its just miserable. This is my worst pregnancy yet. I honestly wouldnt be able to stand on my feet all day at this point. Its just going to get harder the farther along you get. Good luck

that is the most difficulty-loose variety of vaginal an infection- maximum women people continually assume they have a yeast an infection in view that it really is the single everybody "is familiar with" about, yet more effective than 0.5 of the time, that is extra likely to be Bacterial Vaginosis!! be confident you differentiate one from the different, as reason and medical take care of each and every differs!! This an infection is in a good number of cases innocuous, extra of an annoyance..besides the undeniable fact that it may now and again reason premature beginning, besides the undeniable fact that that is not severe possibilities of happening, it may..yet in many cases that is an annoyance. there is ONE over the counter product for it, bought at places like Walgreens, said as Rephresh..As someone who has suffered from common BV infections virtually weekly for months at a time, i recognize all the products accessible! You get some applications of Rephresh for decrease than 12$ at Walmart, besides the undeniable fact that the cool ingredient is, you purely favor to apply an software of it for one nighttime because it extremely works over the approach 3 days and restores the Ph stability of the vagina, it really is what broadly speaking motives the an infection to commence with! that is probability-free even as pregnant, so long because that is extra in than 12 weeks alongside! i might want to attempt this until eventually you will discover your well-being care specialist! also, because it may reason topics in being pregnant, now and again (besides the undeniable fact that not something they love to do), no matter if that is urgent sufficient, they could call in a prescription for you without/formerly being considered, in view that 2 weeks is important era of time even as it contains having an infection! they'll maximum likely call in Flagyl or Metrogel (Metrogel works tremendous!!), maximum likely in gel kind fairly than pill kind...besides the undeniable fact that it may come decrease back, yet i does not difficulty about that too a lot. Ask in case you may get in to make sure a Nurse Practitioner or different well-being care specialist contained in the intervening time, it really is what i have done even as they're too busy..yet when it comes all the way down to it, purchase Rephresh, i recognize from personal adventure that it extremely works purely to boot as prescriptions and is made extremely for BV!!

If you are feeling unwell you are pushing yourself too hard. I didn't realise how bad work was making me feel til I stop. If possible take a week off and then go back and see how you feel. Try to sit down at work if possible.

Not to mention many of the chemicals used in a salon can not be good for your baby.

i would take it easy.. i would say your body is probably doing pre-contractions.. but your still early... at 32 weeks is when you start feeling the Braxton Hicks contractions. but if i was you i would take it easy. working in a Salon could be bad because of all the fumes, smells and cemicals could be harmful for you and your baby when you are pregnant... so i would take it extra slow.. and being on your feet all day probably doesn't help either.. just take a lot of breaks and dreak a lot of water. here is a week by week calander that could help you through the rest of your pregnancy..

just click on the week you want to read thats on the left side of the website and you can find a lot about you and your baby!

always trying to help!

it is up to you to do as much as you feel like doing. im 39 weeks now at 28 weeks was around the point that i started to feel tired and uncomfortable. yes, it is normal. but if you feel that it is too much than it is. i think you are probaly getting close to the point at which you should cut the amount you work in half or go ahead and take leave. you don't want to risk yours or your babys health.

your body is preparing to give birth, that is why you are having the shooting pains in your vagina and stomach area. this is simply the muscles stretching and relaxing to prepare for your babys birth.
don't overdue it.

I never had the pains you are describing when I did have any pain I went to my OB to find out if this was normal. And worked up to my 9th month. I was a Barmaid and on my feet 9 hours a day. My first was 2 weeks late. My second I worked until I was in my 8th month because my boss didn't want to be the one rushing me to the hospital. My 3rd. I work up until 2 weeks before he showed up { about 8 1/2 mons } . With all of them I was back at work 1 week later....No problems..And I had C-Sections with all of them...

Your body will tell you. Right now your body is telling you to take a break. I'd honestly, talk to your doctor about the pains. Stretching when you get up, middle of the day and before you go to bed will help, even if they are painful to do. Just do light stretching, eg. arm rolls, leg/arm stretches, ball excersies.

It is all up to you when you think that you should stop work. I would about 36 weeks or so, but if you think that you are over doing things, talk to your boss and see if they can cut your hours back some.
