I have windows xp, a creative zen and an hp computer. I just got my computer clean and when i got it back i tried to connect but it wouldnt show

Generally u don't need any driver if u use win-xp.

Do this, Scan the pc hard drive, restart the pc, check firewall setting. I think it should work once u do this.

Microsoft loves to keep glitches in windows, so we can stay busy maintaining and upgrading pc. :D
