Tough question! Best I can do:

"Scorpions are rather slow in their movements, although they are capable of short bursts of speed."

How Fast Can Scorpions Run

I've seen many show's on the Discovery Channel and National Geographic on scorpions and other such insects, and some can move pretty fast, especially when they're being chased by Army Ants! Some of them are fairly slow because they don't need to flee from predators as they have hard exoskeletons and their trademark stinging tail.

not really, especially if they are cold. You might even think they are dead. Once they warm up they will move around. Strange little things.
