I have a Wacom Tablet and Photoshop Seven. I used to be able to make the pressure of the pen vary the width of the line, but when I switched computers it all went CAPUT. Is there a way I can set the pen to pressure sensitive again, or maybe a shortcut to make the brush bigger/smaller? Thanks a zillion!

Pen sensitivity is controlled in the setting of each of the individual brushes. I use PCS2 so I'm not sure how to access the brush menu from PS7, but in the latter it can be found by going to Window: Brushes. In the shape dynamics tab there should be a section called size jitter; make sure the drop-down menu beneath it is set to pen pressure, and that should solve your problem.

If you want a quick way to make brushes bigger/smaller, use the bracket keys ( [ and ] ) on your keyboard. The left one makes it smaller, the right one makes it bigger. I believe in the keyboard shortcuts section of your general preferences there's a setting that lets you change the increment the brush increases/decreases by.

You'll need to go under Edit, then look at your Preferences. I used to use PS4, and it had a dialogue just for setting pressure for the tablet. It will ask you to scribble some, going from light to heavy pressure and slow to fast speeds. It will then adjust your pen to your particular drawing habits.
