Learning to be a driving instructor in nothern ireland is left totally up to the individual. A structured training propramme with standardised tuition, like other professions, would be better. What do you think?

It is a complete rip off. To finally become qualified my brother had to go and work for an existing driving school for 6 months. After all the charges for Car Hire, Tax, Insurance, Fuel, etc were taken from what he had collected from students he was left with £5 from which he had to pay for a month's rent, food and all the other items you need to live. So he packed it in, after taking a loan to pay for the training itself.
