register to any yahoo group(preferably a big one) nd i'm sure you will get some with mails with viruses. forward this to the person whom you want to. easiest nd best
Caution- it is possible your computer might get infected while doing this.
this is just a suggestion and there are cyber laws against this

send it to yourself first
then test it to make sure it FULLY works
then see if you like having a virus sent to you
