You can't. You must must must absolutely no question must train. Oh, you can pack on the calories - plenty of protein and carbs, but you absolutely must train to ensure that your entire body benefits, or you will (and I will be frank) become deformed in later life. If it is that important to you, cut back on your hours, or go to the gym on your lunch break, or before you go to work. You cannot be possibly working 24/7. There are laws against that.

Sounds like you have a predicament on your hands. You want to gain weight but don't want to work out. Well just eating will lead to weight gain, especially if you're not working out. But then you become overweight or obese and all hell breaks loose. Moral of the story, find time to work out. Get up a hour early, work out during your lunch break, work out after work. Just find TIME!!

You can gain weight by increasing the number of calories in your daily diet by about 300 calories. These extra calories should be part of a balanced diet. I found a lot of info on ways to gain weight at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

You can't, are you working 24 hours a day? My gym is open 7:15am to 9:40pm. Are you telling me, you can't find one hour a day to work-out? Or are we telling porkies here, and want to buff up without being seen to do so?

when i was a teenager playing for a well known football side that will remain nameless!! The trainer prescribed for me a diet of Guinness & raw egg mix to build up not only my thighs but to bulk me out & it works
