I want to join Napster,i've just downloaded there software off there official site.When i try to run the program,i keep getting a run time error.I have made sure i have all the latest updates for windows media and also the latest explorer version.Also my computer is fully compatible.Please help if you have had the same problem.

If napster is written on a java format you may need to download java script. As of windows 2000 and newer versions stopped adding it in, java script was taken out of the program. It use to be part of windows but the two companies had a disagreement so Microsoft stopped giving it for free but its a safe program and runs safely and well with Windows.
Its a free program and is easily downloaded.
It's also needed to play alot of games on the net.
Here is the official site to download a clean version, it won't hurt anything to have it on your pc it is just another language the computer uses for some programs and sites.

I had the same problem and never got it resolved!
In the end I binned Napster completely & went back to I-Tunes!

uninstall flash 7 then go to flash website and reinstall it.when you download ie7 it seems to muck it up.
