I have pretty good upper abs but the lower abs just dont want to firm up. I eat pretty well and I excersize more than three hours a week sometimes more depending on my schedule. I live a very active lifestyle. So why cant I get rid of that tire around my waste? I need your help.

Unfortunately, you can't spot-reduce....but you can do lots of cardio to burn the fat and various forms of the crunch to tone it.

they say there is only so much you can do with exercise, so you may have to think about plastic surgery

Having a balanced diet and a good cardio fat burning exercise routine are good things to have run on treadmill or eliptical for 30-40minutes 3-4 times a week follow that with a 20-30 minute weight machine circuit and I usually hit the ab machine hard and
also by adding muscle elsewhere it will help to burn some of that
fat off.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

i have the same problem. even tho I'm pretty lean/thin, i have that extra little fat there; but i can feel the toned muscles underneath! its frustrating. besides making sure you have a good diet, i was recommended to run for your cardio exercise at least 3x a week for 30Min's.

let me know if you find a good method!

Sometimes diet and exercise cannot "spot treat" areas. You may need to consult a plastic surgeon for lipo.
