i think a more deep red or even a shade of plum would look better on you than bright red

Yes! Red lipstick is very popular right now...and it's just a classic color! Make sure that if you wear red lipstick you don't over do the rest of your make-up...because red lipstick is used to bring attention to the lips, therefore the rest of your make-up should be neutral. For example, don't wear too much blush with red lipstick and a ton of eye shadow because then you'll look like a clown! SO try red lipstick with just a hint of natural-looking blush and some mascara...but that's it! Especially because your green/blue eyes will be enough to complement your look!

EVERYONE can wear red lipstick. The key is finding the right red for you. Head over to a makeup counter and try out some colors. The clerks there will probably help you and even if you don't buy from them, you'll get an idea of what type of red to look for (i.e., a brick red, scarlet,etc.) Good luck!

It depends what look your going for. If your going for a real individual goth look then who cares if it suits you, do your own thing,. However, if your going for an elegant look then with the right other make- up then definately. Make sure the skin is flawless and not washed out, and use a single sweep of black eyeliner on the upperlids. Team with minimal pink blush and that will look so sophisticated in a really cool way. Think 40's, think Dita Von Tesse!

it would be fine if its not a BRIGHT red...it'll look nicer if its a maroonish color or has a little bit brown tint...bright red will make your green/blue eyes and black hair look freaky because the combination will be overwhelming

I don't know... my opinion is red lipstick isn't too cute on anyone. Its just too bright and there is something about it that just isn't gorgious to me. That's just me though, you might look cute wearing it. I just wanted to state what I think of that shade on the lips....

i think it depends on your overall makeup because if you wearing red lipstick and with nothing else id have to say pass. But if you look elegant then i think it would be preety.
