Hi, I'm not an expert on this sort of stuff but if it complies with local regulations and you give what you say you'll give then you should not get sued although I would recommend putting a disclaimer on just in case it does not comply with other countries regulations. About the money, I don't think it matters how much you make.

if it was a spamming site and gave people nothing in return for the money, then yes you would get sued.

No. (I assume you meant yourspace.com). You would not get sued, but you wouldn't make tonnes of money off it either.
