Trying to locate a location and history of deceased family member?

I am trying to locate information of a deceased family member by the name of Otilia Loiles. Need family info for daughter Cruz Flores who was born 11-07-1914. Any iformation to guide us to where she was born and family birth info in needed... We think she was born or living in Valentine, Texas we need to know how to get her death info...

Try looking her up in the SSN index. Check both married and maiden names. One site is:
