for my dance team tryouts we have to do a kick dance my kicks aren't realy that good so i need to know how to make them better also i want my split to be better.l have been practicing for thirty minutes everyday or at least try to. Can i get all of this down by march?Also please give me tips.

I'm not much of a dancer but I'm a singer and I've always lived by practise, practise, practise. So I hope this helps and good luck.

Stop trying to practice half an hour a day and actually do it. And if you are really serious then make that 2 hrs. That's what the people who beat you will be doing. Good luck.

Go into your splits and have someone push you down into a full split and hold it as long as you can. For kicks put your foot on the dance bar and slide yuor foot as far as your can,ps this will help with splits too!!!
