What would you do if ur supervisor was having and affair.?

What would you do if you know your supervisor is having a fling with one of your co-workers and he can get fired for it. The problem in this situation is supervisor is being unfair to the other girls and giving more advantages to this girl he is having a fling with. Its not easy for me to go and talk to my supervisors boss, because my supervisor has painted an angel like image infront of him. Would you wait and collect evidence or would you go straight to the top. My supervisor doesn’t do anything he just passes his work to us. Then the girl who is one of our friends, she wont openly admit they are having a fling, but plays it like he likes her she doesn’t like him….she is thriving on attention.

sometimes he will let her go early and wont let us. They try not to be obvious but they are. He sends her flowers and pretends its from the whole staff when its not. & he's a cocky human being who thinks he is the best at everything and can get away with murder. I hate it but I try not to let it effect me but i dont care they can screw each other as long as they dont do it and it effects us.

Nothing. Love affairs happens all the time in any kind of workplace .Just mind your own business and do your job. if you meddle you might be the one who would get fired without a supervisor backing you up. usually in most cases the supervisor gets tired ofl these kinds of girls and dump them in the end cause they are only flings or flavors of the month relationship or May -December affairs. It does not last. However if it is a major crime they are doing in the office like fraud then you can report both of them. In the meantime for peace of your mind just relax !

Be carefull...remember there is safety in numbers and if you can all collectively go to the top and spill the beans then it can't reflect badly on any one individual...i.e. YOU.
It's not illegal or anything for them to be getting it on but it is unfair for her to get away with doing nothing while you guys all have to pick up the slack.
Sounds like the supervisor needs to go, maybe big boss could get an unsigned note informing him as to the "situation", just be sure they can't trace it back. Make it good, be sure to include you are an emplyee who loves workng here and you thougt it would be irresponsible of you and dishonest if you did not alert him to this situation.......etc.....good luck...

Try sending an anonmous letter to the top.

Mention that several of you have had it. Point out your doing all the work while he's getting his dick wet on company time.

Mention in the letter that you and the other expect imediate attention to this matter!!

IF the TOP man doesn't listen, you and the other girls should figure out how to sluff off the work you know him and her are responsible for.

I'd even try going outside the place where you work and go over any other heads in another building or such.

OMG... This actually happened to ME!!! WOW.. So one night, I came back to the office after hours and noticed all the lights in front of the building were on, but all the lights in back were off... O well i thought... Someone just probably forgot to turn them off. I go in the back just as the bathroom door is shutting and my MALE boss is sitting in MY CHAIR---Ewwww.... and has an obvious erection. So I told him I needed a screw driver because my car radar came off the hinges again **honest to gods truth thats why i was there** So I commence to fix it and I wait around to use the bathroom, also curious as to why my co worker is in there... My co worker sticks her head out a little bit and asks me to bring her "change of clothes" on her desk. She comes out 2 mins later, wearing what I gave her and doesnt have any other clothes with her... So she was NAKED in there.... Also while Im fixing my radar... I saw a USED CONDOM on the floor NEXT to my desk... EWWWWW... I felt the exact same way that she was getting more advantages... The whole time he was our manager I felt like that, not knowing that this was going on the whole time. The next day i think... I confronted him about it, and he told me that She came to the back door naked, and that they were talking about what was going on... While she was naked... Our office was in the city, if she came to the back door naked, she walked through traffic to do so... LAME LIE! Then I ask him about the condom, which he had NO answer for, then She walked in and started going off on me for not minding my own business... So I contaced my bosses boss, and he came down to the store. He told me that he 100% believed me because my story NEVER changed, and both of theirs did several times. BUT... There was nothing he could really do about it. But the whole he likes her, and she dont like him... That is exactly what this girl did too! Its so bogus, in the end she did end up getting fired, but it was for something else. BUT... Because I brought this situation to my Bosses Boss attention, he was no longer leniant towards her! I would say if there's no harm being done in the work place then stay out of it, but from what it sounds like the situation has gotten way out of hand. I would collect some evidense (i don't know like what though) but just to prove that you're not making it up out of jealousy or anything, you deserve to be treated equally just like the rest of the girls there at your office.

i'm a lady, i'm 20yrs previous. a million) i'd extremely the major different not be in love with them and slept with them. Then i'd understand it replaced into only a actual charm, yet that doesn't mean I trust the affair. 2) that's a problematic question yet what catches a persons'' eye the most is color, so i'd could say Eye color makes eyes fantastically. structure can really refine their attractiveness.

I have to say that I think you're best option is to stay the hell out of it. He knows (and no doubt she does too) what he's risking by his indiscretion. Believe me, it's only a matter of time before things will get ugly, without any help from you. These flings tend to crash & burn with or without outside interferrence.

that sounds exactly like the situation my mom was in a few weeks ago, but sadly she lost her job. so i cant be much help other than to say that i would collect evidence first and probably gather a few witnesses to go with me too. good luck

This actually happened at one of the places when I was younger . The women in the affair was flaunting her privileges and got me mad .
I waited for my chance and low and behold one day the bosses wife came to the store . I asked the B!tc& in front of him and his wife if they had another date tonight . BUSTED !
