512mb! I doubt that can be fulfilled, so is GPS bulit-in, since GPS don't mix with top-of-line devices, but do look at some top offerings from Dopod and HTC. They do have sliding out keypad.

that person who said 512 mb was thinking of 512gb. and gps can be fullfiled if you buy a quarter sized atenna. you would have to buy a memory card for that kind of space on apda anyway. i dont know much about windows pda's but i would say a dell might be a good choice.
