i think it should becuase its killing human life its not a just a mass of cells once its starts forming its human,it already a soul so if the female is having a baby from the cuase of abuse or rape dont kill the baby for the action it not the babys fault but instead give it up for adoption not abortion

Abortion is murder so the answer is yes.
Solution is also simple: want no kids? have no sex! or make sure of double or even triple protection (pill, condom etc...)

I don't believe in abortion but then I will never need one since I am a man. I don't believe this should be legislated and I think it is a woman's right to choose her options. I think birth control is the better option. But A fetus under 3 months cannot survive outside the womb. So saying it is Human life is not exact it is pre-human life. after that it is a human being. But I really wish people would just be more cautious.
Here is the bottom line. It will never be illegal. We should have learned from Prohibition that once something is legal it is impossible to enforce it if you make it illegal.
Prohibition was a dumb idea that caused the USA to waste a lot of money. It was fueled by the religious right and it was a disaster. Never try to legislate morals and never try to make something that is legal illegal. We know smoking is bad but all we can do is restrict it. Not make it illegal.
Abortion is legal leave it alone but people and doctors should make sure other options are presented.

Are you a female? NO, so you have no right saying it should be illegal. I do not belive in abortion, FOR MYSELF, but I do believe it is a womens choice. Do you have any idea what it's like to be raped @ 14 and get pregnant? Or how about when the doctor tells a woman, if you have this baby, you will die? I agree that abortion is not a form of birth control but it also should not be illegal. Why? Because people will find a way to get it done regardless and there will be far more young girls dying from illegal abortions performed by "street doctors". Is this what you want? For your 14 yr old daughter to go to some chop shop of a doctor so he can cut her insides up then end up not being able to get pregnant..EVER? I know abortion is a touchy subject but no one has the right to take away another person right to choose. For me, personally, I can not see myself ending a life I created but I also do not have the right to force my opinions on another person and take away their right to choose and neither do you.

It shouldn't be illegal. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean that people will not do it, ie drugs. It's safer to have it legal. If you remove all of the religious convictions about it.....it shouldn't be a big deal. Yes, it's not the baby's fault yet the world is overpopulated w/ too many unwanted pets and babies that Brad and Angelina cannot adopt. Will you be adopting the babies women chose not to abort?

Abortion should be a woman's choice. It's HER body. Unless you magically grow a uterus and are able to put yourself in a woman's shoes, quit being so judgmental. As horrible as the concept might be, sometimes abortion is the best option.

I don't personally agree with abortion maybe it's right in some circumstances, that's not for me to decide but if it was illegal it would still go on and there would be alot more of a chance that things could go wrong.

As a woman it would be difficult for me to carry a child that was concevied becasue my father thought it ok to make sex with me or a man raped me at knife point
No it's not the babies fault but the thought of the act that created the child would make me not want to have the baby in my body
But who am I to make rules for other women

I agree. Women who don't want kids should learn to close their f***ing legs. Everyone deserves a chance to live, and taking that privledge away is sickening.
