No, because the whole point of a guy being metro is that he is a girly-man. Women don't qualify (for example don't most women wash their faces? only metro guys do on a regular basis)

Maybe women will forego makeup and washing their faces, but wouldn't that be a new category like ruralsexual females?

I've only seen the term used for guys. And isn't part of the defination that they have adapted to certain trends that previously only females were know for, like manicures and pedicures? If that's the case, then the term would only be for guys.
