I think the NOKIA 6670 and another older models are useful to you. The 64 MB memory card in-built is there. So you can upgrade it for more uses and within the price under Rs. 10000/- you also get the megapixel camera. Do it try. I am sure you will not be disappointed..!

Try Nokia 6630 or 6681 both of them support gprs, pc suite (comes with nokia pc suite). Both of them run Symbian 60 OS so softwares and games will work fine, I think both of them are now under Rs. 10,000 may be Rs. 500 up.
The reason I am suggesting these two specific models is that they are pretty fast as compared to any other Nokia phone, I have tried both of them myself, I was using 6630 before I bought E61.
Both of them has 1.3px camera (not required in your case but plus point). Personally, I would suggest Nokia 6630 on any mobile but choice is yours :)

all of them on the market are pretty descent at the moment, i have a nokia 6280 and its pretty good, if youre looking for style though then go for a moto razr or slvr.
