You can download CoolBits 2.0 (quick and easy to use) or NVTweak (has a few more tweaks than CoolBits). Both of these place an extra menu in the Nvidia Control Panel that allows you to overclock any Nvidia GPU. Also has an automatic setting that overclocks for you, based on your GPU and system hardware, in case you don't want to guess at the settings on your own.
